A creative art/dance workshop to explore new possibilities, dreams and hopes as we step into spring.

Come join Jan Jeans and John Allen, experienced facilitators and weave magic together.

Spring challenges us to feel fully, to awaken to life even when we feel defeated or weary. How appropriate in these challenging times of uncertainty! It is the season of advances and blockages. We awaken not only to the excitement of new possibilities but to the pangs of unresolved grief.

We will listen to our deepest longings, finding compassion for our vulnerabilities and tender heart, and create a ritual space in which to plant our dreams and take responsibility for making them happen.

This workshop uses guided movement and creative arts to explore and express the theme of emergence and is suitable for beginners to this kind of work.

Jan Jeans is an arts therapist and Open Floor Dance teacher. John Allen is a creator of sacred space and weaver of magic.
